Japanese shohin or Accent pot
This a beautiful, nice quality, Japanese glazed, round, ceramic pot. I do not know enough to assign it to a maker although the signature is clear. Also listed is a near identical but slightly larger pot. They were both purchased in Japan only a few years ago by an enthusiast there on holiday. As there is a drainage hole as well as wire holes it is assumed that they were made for very small trees but they would also serve as lovely accent pots. The size is 9x4cm.
