Quite a good turn out for our May Bonsai Chat here at Willowbog Bonsai yesterday.
Pretty much all familiar faces joined us for the day or part of the day. There would be upwards of twenty folk here at various times. Cups in hand looking at and enjoying bonsai.
As always plenty of just chatting.
Sam at least worked on some trees.
Others did also although I failed to record all on camera.
The studio tokonoma display that I put together for the day.
The feature tree was this Cercis siliquastrum or Judas tree, seemingly not everyone’s cup of tea but I like it.
The side alcove accommodated this Bunjin Chinese juniper.
Another pleasant ”Bonsai ” day here in rural Northumberland.
