Ordering and Shipping Information
All orders are securely packaged for transit and dispatched usually within 24/48 hours from receipt of your order. If an order will take longer than 48 hours to be dispatched we will contact you and advise you when your order will be sent. There may also be occasions when bonsai supplies take longer to source from our suppliers in Japan and the USA – we will do all we can to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible and keep you informed where an order may not be immediately dispatched.
Personal collection of orders from the Willowbog Bonsai nursery is welcome.
We use a courier service for most items and sometimes Royal Mail for smaller items. Confirmation of delivery via our courier will normally require a signature.

For all orders outside of the mainland UK , please contact us for shipping charges - each order will be priced accordingly depending on weight and location to be sent.
Ordering Bonsai or Plant Material
When we dispatch Bonsai or plant material we ensure pots are sealed in plastic prior to being carefully packaged in reinforced boxes. These are entrusted to reliable couriers who will deliver your new tree within 48 hours of dispatch.
Bonsai or plant material cannot be sent outside the EU.
Dimensions are all approximate and the height of trees quoted is from the top of the pot to the apex of the tree.
Willowbog Bonsai make every effort to ensure availability of all products we sell; however, we cannot guarantee supply – we will do our best to offer alternatives (if available) if an item is out of stock or has been sold.
Returns or Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please let us know as soon as possible and we will either exchange it or give you a full refund on the conditions that goods are returned in the same condition as when received. For dry goods please return within 7 days of receipt and for Bonsai or plant material please return within 48 hours of receipt. We take every care to pack all parcels to a high standard to ensure your goods arrive safely securely and in perfect order. Recycled packing products are used where possible for all orders. If your goods arrive damaged we will refund the full amount paid, or replace with goods equal to the value of the original purchase; however photographic evidence must be provided before refund can be given, please retain goods and packaging for collection.

All payments should be in Sterling (£). All online payments are handled through PayPal, which accepts most Credit & Debit Cards.

We reserve the right not to accept any order. Once your order is accepted by us, a contract will come into force, on the terms and conditions set out here.
We will try to deliver your goods as soon as practicable. You should tell us as soon as possible if you do not receive your goods within one week of placing your order or within one week of any estimated delivery date that we give you. Please note that any dates quoted by us for delivery are estimates only. If we are unable to deliver your goods within 30 days of your order, you may cancel your order and get a full refund for those goods.
When you receive the goods, you should check them as soon as possible, and let us know within 7 working days of receipt if there are any problems. If possible, please retain all packaging until you are satisfied with the goods. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods which occurs after they have been delivered to you.
We will require payment of the price for the goods in full before we dispatch them unless we agree otherwise in writing with you.
All the goods that we supply will remain our property until you have paid for them in full, including all delivery charges. If you sell the goods you agree to hold the sale proceeds upon trust for us until you have paid us for them in full.
Every effort is made to ensure that our prices and descriptions are accurate at the time of going to press. If an error is found or if manufacturer's prices or products change, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of cancelling your order or reconfirming your order with the revised price or product.
You can cancel your order for any reason and get a full refund (less carriage costs) at any time before you receive the goods, or up to the end of 7 working days after the day you receive the goods. A working day is any day other than weekends and public holidays. To cancel your order you should write to us within that time.
You may return goods for a credit or to exchange strictly in accordance with our published Returns Policy, and subject that in the event of a conflict between these terms and conditions and the Returns Policy, these terms and conditions shall prevail. Carriage charges are non-refundable where goods are supplied correctly by us.
We will not be liable for any delay in delivering the goods which is due to events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control or for any business losses. We accept no responsibility for losses incurred following delays imposed by international customs services where documentation is supplied as requested.
If we fail to enforce any of these conditions, that does not mean that we have waived any of our rights and we retain the right to enforce any of these conditions at any time.
Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. You may obtain information about your statutory rights from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau. English law shall apply to these conditions.
