Welcome to the British Shohin Association - The first and only Shohin based society in the UK.
The idea behind the BSA is an appreciation society, with the aim to increase the awareness of Shohin in the world of Bonsai and make more people know just how wonderful and enjoyable this side of Bonsai actually is.

The 1st BSA Annual Show was held at Willowbog Bonsai over the weekend of 28th & 29th January 2006
The 2nd annual BSA show took place over the weekend of Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th February 2007 and was a fantastic success.
To be part of the BSA and show your support you can join in one of two ways:
STANDARD MEMBERSHIP
The standard membership gives each member a newsletter four times a year, which provides useful information on shohin care, demonstrations, up to the minute news on any shohin related events in the UK and throughout Europe, a badge, membership card, mug and free entry to our annual show.
 DELUXE MEMBERSHIP
The deluxe membership provides each member all of the standard membership features, plus a T-shirt and a special DISCOUNT CARD allowing members a set rate off shohin trees, books and related sundries from selected dealers (More details of this offer to be confirmed and published as soon as possible).

We now have the T-shirts and mugs back from the printers and each member should by now have theirs. If you are not a member but would like to buy a mug or T-shirt please contact Peter or Jean and one will be posted out to you.
